We care about the purpose of our clients!  Just as every client that we serve is unique, so are the services they desire and need.  As we began to anticipate the changes that the ACA and other legislation would bring to the face of employee benefits, we began to look at the way benefits were built. We began to focus on the extensive pressure economically on the budget and the way benefits were communicated to the end users; the insureds.  We knew there had to be a better way to build benefits and an even better way to administer and connect them.  At Benefit Source, Inc., we strongly believe companies have the opportunity to reach employees in a new way - driving engagement through an on purpose culture with the design of employee benefits.
